Manual 60 or 80 series Land Cruiser is your go-to then… no diesels in USA that haven’t been imported, but there are a couple out there… you can always engine swap later if you find a 1HDT FTE for sale. Check IH8MUD for sale and Craigslist, you’ll find one although you might have to go out to Cali or AZ to find a clean one that someone put lots of money into and now can’t afford the ⛽️ 😆 feel free to DM if you want any additional help
