I went to the Bills home opener. I did not pay for the ticket, nor was the purchase of the ticket in any way tied to my personal identity. At no point did I assume possession of the ticket. It was a gift.

I am now receiving emails from the Bills organization, trying to sell season tickets, that explicitly states...

"I noticed that you attended recently a Buffalo Bills event at Highmark Stadium."
