This doesn't make any sense. The problem with T2 is too much insulin.
It's reversible without any external cures.
And we have, in fact, solved that together - real doctors learning, experimenting with diet, working with their patients. Many of the doctors who do this are on Nostr.
(T1 is different, so I can imagine that a solution with stem cells is plausible.)
