TIK TOK , META and X are a cause of the real problem .
The real issue is when you use legacy social media your data is being sold to advertisers and nostr does mitigate this a lot .
However, TIK TOK, X and META content creators no longer are gratified in just likes . But here is the thing .
It is ONLY for a select few .
For instance Instagram you HAVE to have 10,000 followers .
That being said I think we all would rather be sent what is called micropayments of a few satoshi than have our data sold for something that any man can print .
This is what makes those that choose to be #nostronly exceptional and on a different path in my opinion .
