If you wanna control your global feed, remove all read relays and put 2-3 good curates read relays instead. I go with:

- primus.nostr1.com
- trending.relay.com
- nostr.wine
- pyramid.fiatjaf.com

Write to major public relays, 2-3 is more than sufficient.
