All he had to do was not fight another stupid foreign war that wasn't our business. That was the biggest single mistake that cost him the decent economy we otherwise would have had and might have kept the GOP in power. I'm not discounting his other promises unkept like the Epstein files, but most voters don't care... They care that they can't afford things. They can't afford things because Trump started a war he had no business waging for a foreign country that isn't our problem, and now that war caused a shipping crisis that is making everything too expensive. He also resolved absolutely none of the election issues he complained about in 2020 (they are real, btw, but he clearly doesn't care).

All he had to do was follow his own campaign promises but he couldn't be bothered.
