In my long life, I’ve noticed that old farmers’ sayings are more reliable than politically motivated weather forecasts. Tomorrow is Siebenschläfertag. That’s why I believe the current heat wave won’t be the last one this summer: I’m sure we’ll finally have the hot summer this year that the media has been predicting in vain for years!
If I were king of Germany, I would have started installing air conditioning in public buildings 25 years ago
