About media censorship on nostr, i think almost all clients don't do what DEG Mods does.
Unless I'm mistaken, Amethyst or Jumble or Primal only uploads and reads to/from one host for media. On DEG Mods, its designed where media is uploaded to multiple servers, and on fetch to looks for the file on multiple serverse then does a check on render to verify its the correct file, and I think, unless someone else mentions otherwise, DEG Mods is the only nostr client that does this, it even gives the user the ability to easy backup files, and adds potential host logs on social comment/reply interactions.
Hopefully more nostr clients do this / what deg mods does.
So in gist, there is actually a high chance that .mp4 would end up being censored, but that's because most (almost all?) nostr clients didn't consider implementing systems to combat media (image, audio, video) censorship, only post/text censorship-resistance, which is unfortunate but more than likely with time they'll add such systems like what deg mods did.
