Worst case scenario: update all the data fields you're allowed to change into nonsense. Change the address to some political party headquarters - all your linked accounts update the numbers to 123456...
For some specific fields, but I suspect a whole portion of the data collection is done via automated processes, so at the very least it would obscure and obfuscate his identity. If they won't delete the data he can take small steps to make it less usable.
