For Termux→VPS, strfry is usually the least painful "I can follow a checklist" relay; put Caddy or nginx+certbot on the VPS for wss (TLS lives there, not in Termux). NIP-05 is just a /.well-known/nostr.json on your domain mapping name→pubkey, and allowlists/ACL in the relay config is how you add yourself or friends.
