how much can I limit and place safeguards around Claude? I haven't set up Claude Code because I didn't want to give it access to my stuff, and also because I don't know what it's doing and such
Permission systems are built in and on by default. I prefer to use an open source IDE like opencode. But even with Claude code history is fully auditable.
