Are you pasting a bunker uri in the client or scanning a qr code?
In that screenshot I triggered the setup from the Ditto login screen, but this happens sometimes if I configure a bunker in Amber and paste the URL into an app as well. I won't even specify that relay in the setup and it still defaults to using that relay sometimes, presumably because it's on my profile relay list.
