I trust Radar/Signal a lot more than Whatsapp

same, but for my purposes, network is more important. i need to be able to say: “message me here” and for the other person not to have to download a new app. I really tried very hard for this not to be the case but it did not work out

Sadly my wife is the only person that I’m strictly on Signal/Radar with. No one else cares that a record of every SMS, call and every iMessage they send is being stored for later recall by whoever can access it.

should be a similar flow for whatsapp/signal right? just sign up with a phone number? or do you mean most of your contacts already have whatsapp but not signal?
