Gold was mentioned twice in the white paper in relation to how new Bitcoin is created, and how it is similar to how gold is added to the market.

Short-term traders do not define what Bitcoin is, and any analysis covering less than 4 years is irrelevant (except for traders).
DCA, hold it for at least 4 years, and Bitcoin will be the best store of value. It’s better than gold because it isn’t physical, and I’m pretty sure that fiat institutions have been looking for bugs in Bitcoin for years.
