I also feel like the Mastodon network is getting increasingly ready to welcome new people, and the retention rate is way higher than it was before. @Renaud Chaput said it in recent (French) interviews : Mastodon wasn't exactly ready in 2022, a bit more in 2024, and now we all feel like it's getting real and ready for the long run!
