Without a state they wouldn't be shipped over daily and we could remove them ourselves without being arrested by the state

Maybe not eliminate but: No state = no state assistance = less incentive to travel to that place if you don’t have a means of supporting yourself. Also No state = no taxes paid in order to pay for state assistance = less animosity towards ‘illegals’ for using said state assistance.
