Amethyst takes forever to refresh with the latest notes when I open it. Usually I get tired of waiting after about 5 seconds and change to primal. Not sure if it is relays thing but for not very techn...
Did you see the warnings about setting up your relay lists? You might need to just change them to refresh, because they are nowhere.
