@nprofile1q... errr... that sounds vaguely familiar. I believe I had the same issue in the past and the literal only way to get it working was to exclusively use the original USB3 cable that shipped with the Elgato. Anything else - even fully compatible - would case it to drop back to 2.0.

YMMV though as I tested it on an actual Windows10 machine backt hen.
