Although it isn't backed by hard evidence - collecting this type of data is difficult - I have observed in my conversations with pedophiles that they disproportionately claim to have a micropenis. It may actually be the case that having an extremely small penis predisposes you to want to rape children, and if this is something that could be observed then we could isolate the people with micropenises and intervene before they harm children.
