Anyone else have their Bitwage account cut off? I have been a premium customer since May and was happy with the experience.

However, I logged into my account a few days ago to see a message that says "You were not approved to use our payment services". I emailed [email protected] and the email bounced back, your bitwage.com/slack page is throwing a 404 error. I called support and got no answer from customer service after holding for more than 3 hours yesterday and spent another hour holding today. Anyone know anyone that works there? Starting to look like a rug pull here.

All fixed now. These guys offer no phone support. I finally had to sign up for LinkedIn platinum to get ahold of someone from the company so that they would fix their support email account.
