Good point. When I put this together, Relai (a European exchange) had pretty minimal KYC requirements (light KYC) but now not anymore. I should probably include some non-KYC options too.
The tricky part is finding a non-KYC exchange that supports automated DCA. Most of them are non-custodial, which makes automation not available.​​​​
