Definitely get multiple quotes and don't bite one the first one unless you know it's a good price. Examples:

- Windows $125k 😂
- Windows $81k one week later
- Windows $37k two weeks later

Foam insulation
- $12.5k on visit
- $8.1k one week later
- $5.6k two weeks later

Tree cutting
- $11k
-$7k when they heard I got another quote

For real. Don’t feel guilty saying no to quotes. So often I hear people saying yes just because they feel bad for the sales person taking their time to come out and do a bid.

$125k for windows? Usually windows should come out to around $1000 per window installed unless you get fancy with it.

Tree cutting is massively expensive, as you show. For someone living in N.C. and surrounded by trees it’s a very real issue…
