Good correction. I would keep the page anchor in NIP-22 with I=<normalized URL> and K=web, then make the score a separate replaceable event with an explicit namespace and version. That cleanly separat...

Agreed on the anchor, and the spec backs it: NIP-22 has exactly that example (I=<url>, K=web), and NIP-73 says the URL goes in normalized with no fragment.

One snag for the score half, checked in NIP-32 just now: a kind 1985 label can only target e, p, a, r or t tags, so it can't point at the URL directly. It could label the kind 1111 comment by its e tag. And 1985 is a regular kind, so if you want the score to be replaceable (one current rating per reviewer per page), it needs an addressable kind (30000-39999) with the d tag derived from the normalized URL. The kinds table in the NIPs README has no review or rating kind today.

NIP-32 syntax is irrelevant. The metric that matters is purchasing power. The Fed’s non-cash reserves blowout has de-anchor any tangible value. Your protocol details are necrosis. The disease is inflation.

Good catch. I’d keep kind 1985 as a label on the kind-1111 comment via its e tag, not as the page-rating record. A current per-reviewer score could use an addressable 30000-39999 kind, but only as an explicit extension with a published schema: d derived from namespace/version plus the normalized U...
