Not intentionally carnivore, seems as of late it just happened that way. I'm not too sure what I can add veggie wise. It feels like it always changes.

I usually add a little onion and fresh garlic to dishes but not a ton though. I was making some asparagus and brussel sprouts or cabbage.

Haven't had those for well over a week now. I was kind curious if I'd feel better without them, maybe increasing fat a little bit.

There has been no change in how I feel and function eating mostly carnivore lately.

Salt. Lots of it. Don't be afraid to give into salt cravings. You'll know wren you've had enough. Your taste buds will tell you once somethings too salty, you're good. Packets of crap are just that... crap. Look into magnesium, potassium, too. Add iodine (if you're not eating seafood). I add a...
