if you choose to generate the seed purely by dice rolls it would be the sole source of entropy i think
Yes, default behaviour is concatenate, but you can also "import dice rolls", then you better have sufficient rolls. The docs recommend 50-98 (≥128 bits), and ≥99 rolls corresponding to 256 bits.
