Guys I have so much clutter and boxes I need to sort through and it’s giving me so much anxiety and I know the answer is to just start but I CAN’T OK I CAN’T!!!!!!! I need a deadline. I will begin in April. April Fool’s Day. Mark it. If I don’t start by then then I’m the only fool.

Start right now. Set a timer for five minutes and only work on it for that amount of time. That gets you past the starting line and you can add more time later.

When the goal feels insurmountable, procrastination is almost guaranteed. Start small. One area or one box. Chip away it slowly and then it’ll feel easier.

do like 1-3 boxes every day and you can decide if its 1, 2 or 3 that day so its not going to be too harsh of a rule because you also have a choice so it is more fun of a challange
