10k might be the more interesting number than 50k. Protocol adoption curves look very different from platform S-curves — fiat social selects for maximum eyeball capture, permissionless protocols tend to retain the users who actually care about ownership. The question isn't whether 10k is down from 30k. It's whether the 10k who stayed are building signal or noise.
