To put it in perspective, to obtain 150 grams of protein from regular food you'd need to consume either:
* an entire chicken
* 24 chicken eggs
* 8 hamburger patties
* 1.25 pounds steak
Oh, and related to your previous post, many people eat 2lb of steak per day in a single meal, so eating window can be obeyed. But really, eating windows are only useful for suboptimal diets.
There's a reason why hunger signals evolved. Eat high-quality food when hungry until you're full.
