The only way to fix reply spam is for people to use inbox relays that filter spam.
Clients then should read replies by default only from people's advertised relays.

Feeds.relay.tools fixes this.. But when everyone uses primal then there is no solution for them.. Should be a nostr crime to onboard to clients that don't inbox. 😅
