Thanks, I wasn't aware of the capability for offline transactions. My second point was more about data collection and aggregation efficiency but yeah, they end up with the same information in both cases. We will have to see how the proposal is ultimately implemented and whether the implementation would allow for more dystopian features that they'd pinky-promise to never enable.
