Agreed with 100% of the analysis until the 1:38 mark. Yes, great point - look at what happened to Detroit…but that picture is comparing a downtown aerial picture with what? I’m sure it’s Detroit but pull up another skyline picture and compare apples to apples. It makes his argument weak because I can find shitty pictures of every major town in America.
