I served for 5 years. I don't need to shut up. I volunteered. I was in combat arms. I was in artillery. I was a 13F, forward observer aka fire support specialist. FIST. Light Infantry.

I would go to the front line as many times as I would be allowed. In fact my job was to recon. Find the enemy. Paint them with lasers for hellfire missiles, A10 warthogs, sketch terrain, study maps, identify targets and call for fire for the Army or naval gunfire. In other words I carried a weapon that was an M16-A1, A2 - 5.56mm, and a gun, to me was a 198, 155, 105 howitzer.
Yes, I can still do my job and I would gladly go and play peekaboo.
Shot over.
Shot out.
Splash over.
Splash out.
Boom.
I left inactive reserve in 2005 with an Honorable Discharge.
If I was called back I could still do the job since I physically work with my hands clearing forests, building bridges, piers, marine construction, and I'm in very good shape. I work for 10 hours without a break.
I'm grateful for my service. I'm grateful for my country, The United States.
I'm not even mad that you are a weak, soy, commie. You can't help it.
