Yeah I wasn't being serious but I used to live in Oceania for about 10 years and can tell you that nobody can confirm anything about you rly, they just take your word for it basically.. 'yes, I do have a degree in whatever' and they'll translate any (fake) document you give them which in turn makes it official. (Things can be way different now)

I'm sure many countries would be glad to take your (converted) btc to spend in their economy.
Would you need proof of purchase btc in El Salvador for example?
That being said, it can be hard to live far away from your family.
It's better to try and make your home a better place then to run away from it... IMHO.
