Not new: The ClickFix entries are at least nine months old (actually older) per Git Blame.
What is present is a set of static domains and common URI patterns, but hardly a comprehensive protection against the technique. I would not call this a real control against ClickFix. The additions are random, based largely on individual sightings and pull requests of those specific instances.
Nothing even prevents the use of navigator.clipboard.writeText(), which is how the payload is added to the clipboard in the first place.
