Just wondering. What's your say about the viral school shooting in the Philippines?
Who's to blame? Should minors be locked in jail, not just in rehab?
For me sis, first time offenders for rehab. If they will do it again dun na papasok ang jail time. Need parin kasi muna bigyan ng chance magbago baka need lang guidance.
