The relays for the wallets in question dont use tor, so tbey didnt change anything. They won't operate when tor is forced on them.
That's the real problem IMHO.
Interestingly, I use Tor for all relays and NWC works fine. I also don't use the relay associated with the lightning provider at all, AFAIK they aren't necessary.
