Epstein claimed to have met with the "founders" (3 of the 5) while also having invested in Blockstream, along with other funding that helped in its development.
Of the three we definitely know it's Adam Back from the block stream investments, and Gavin Andresen. We know Gavin Andersen met with Epstein a few days before the CIA as well. Epstein put a lot of effort guiding where Bitcoin would end up exactly and how it's used.
