It's not possible to stop valid transactions you don't like from being propagated and mined on the Bitcoin network.

And nevermind that miners are themselves nodes, and fully capable of selecting the transactions that suit them. Those will be the tx with highest fees, in most cases.
Convincing random normies that their home node matters at the mining-pool level ranks among the greatest deceits I've ever witnessed.
