I just wouldn't comply with them. No app is going on my phone that is mandated to me, they probably won't like the fact its rooted anyway.

If I have to create an account to see the menu I'd probably ask for a physical menu. If I then get told there is none i'd walk.

For the parking if there is no physical way to pay I couldn't pay since I don't have mobile payments to begin with.
