Don't feel bad for not looking at the firmware, it's absurd to expect that from non-hardcore technical people, when even the hardcore ones did not look.

Anyone who endorses a product or service, especially for a price, deserves harsh criticism if it fails so catastrophically. Just a business deal?! 🤮.. Makes me cringe when they read the ads like they’re your mate trying to help you out.
They are captured by the desire to fund a full time job that could just as easily be a hobby or side passion. They are mostly hustlers.
I don’t think we need to give them grace for a second. They need to feel the full pain, in line with the affected.. You put your name to something, you go down with it too
