Iron Dome does not provide complete protection, and more importantly, the attacks still trigger sirens that send an entire country into shelters. If I were the Iranian regime, I would focus on cheap weapons designed simply to activate the sirens for as long as possible, just to paralyze the economy. The fact that the Tel Aviv stock market is going up is something of a miracle.
