You should only release for arm64-v8a as that's the only arch that matters (and the only one Zapstore supports).

It could be that support for unused archs is bloating your universal APK

that's what was happening, but I used a package called profile installer that recompiles it the first time you launch the APK specific to that device 🤠 so now it should be just as fast as Google play
