Do you see implications for Flock cameras in this decision?

Trickier to apply yo Flock cameras. Lower courts have mostly ruled in favor of Flock use in suits over 4A violations because they say that, unlike cell phone data, you dont have a reasonable expectation of privacy in public spaces and all the cameras are in fixed locations so they dont follow you like a cell phone does.

I'm not saying these are good lines of reasoning, mind you. Just that using the same 4A standards for ALPRs has proven more difficult in the courts.
