Why are there apps that are opinionated on whether you're allowed to download content over cellular? Being told I must connect to Wi-Fi to do something irritates me to no end.
Seems in the cell provider’s interest, so maybe they have exerted some influence on this through policy and defaults. Yes, it’s frustrating!
