That depends on what you consider fascism. Some would argue that American Imperialism is fascism imposed upon the world at gunpoint. There is more to the world than the “core values” of your own country. And it’s perfectly possible for your country to thrive internally while being a scourge upon the world (i.e. Nazi Germany, Israel, the USA). I suggest you read some political literature and form an understanding of the world that goes beyond vibes from within the bubble you inhabit. :)
