I've considered how useful an information model trained with data *I* want to include in it would be for me. The problem is finding a framework that isn't hyped up as "personal AI!" which isn't really what I'm looking for. I don't consider LLMs to be AI.

The key is in what you feed it. I want control over my dataset, and I *don't* want to feed it on stolen work.

As you say, it would be a personality-free advanced document retrieval, search engine, spellcheck and grammar check.
