That happens when you see people that buy your products as ATM and not as customers.

I mean wasn't Steve Jobs who said something like "customers don't know what thwy want".. or something similar.

Now they went completely ballistic on that idea trying to piss off customers and changing their habits while virtue signaling the bad changes.. kinda mirror of the actual times.
