This makes me wonder what kind of resources are *already* dedicated to fight climate issues. I know that in EU there is a lot of focus on recycling, sustainability, and green energy. China is going green energy big time. Any other? What makes the biggest impact in practice? (IMHO, 100% dedication is naive; it won't happen).
