Two toxic traits I’m seeing a lot of in the housing market lately:

1) Almost every house is listed as-is.
2) Offers with a time limit of 6-12 hours.

I understand why people are doing these things and possibly this is anecdotal, but from talking with other people that type of negotiating was not as common 10 years ago.
