I do it 5x/week. Always after gym. Since years.
Here are benefits I experienced:

Improved Recovery & Performance – Sauna sessions enhance circulation, helping muscles recover faster after workouts while reducing soreness and fatigue. I can workout harder and become stronger.

Increased Stress Resilience – The heat stress from the sauna builds mental resilience, helping you stay calm under pressure and improving your ability to handle stress. I’m simply less stressed.

Boosted Immune System – Regular sauna use strengthens the immune system by promoting heat shock proteins and increasing white blood cell production, making you more resistant to illnesses. I don’t get sick.

Better Sleep Quality – The deep relaxation effect after a sauna session improves sleep patterns, leading to deeper and more restorative rest. I sleep like a baby.

Enhanced Cardiovascular Health – Sauna use mimics moderate exercise by increasing heart rate and improving blood circulation, supporting heart health and overall endurance. I’m fit as fuck.
